Jeremy was very helpful

Jeremy took my case seriously, recognizing that I was not interested in a membership. I did not initiate anything, and the emails sent were in my junk mail Soni didn’t even see anything until the money suddenly came offing my account.

They lure you in with promises of free…

They lure you in with promises of free products from well-known brands, which have nothing to do with them. Without clear consent or proper communication, they subscribe you to recurring payments of over 40 euros per month. Absolutely deceptive and unethical practices—stay far away!

Helpful customer service from Becks

Becks was very helpful and kind in helping me sort out an issue with the membership.
I had (apparently) signed up to their membership plan, which was taking money out of my account - Becks assisted me swiftly in cancelling the membership.
I have appreciated her service!
