I got in contact with formydiy to request a refund for the subscription fee, at first I was informed this was not possible?
Then I received an email from Jeremy who assisted me and informed me that I would receive the refund, which gave me peace of mind and reassurance that there was common sense within the company. I do have to say that I wrote an earlier review which was directed to the wrong company,
