Absurd behaviour from the support team, watch out for this company
I am going again as simply there is no action or willingness to provide a decent customer service from this retailer.
After sharing my first review, though it took many weeks to hear from anyone, we finally got an email from Jeremy from the support team, saying they will be happy to refund us the money, after we correct our reviews on Trustpilot. I am shocked by this dishonest tactic, and frankly refuse to go along with it - I will not change my review to 3-4 stars, as the service I have been provided with is simply dishonest and disrespectful. ForMyCamping - you should be ASHAMED of your blackmailing tactic. This is not how you receive positive feedback from your customers.
This being said, I still have not received my refund.
I strongly discourage anyone to purchase from this website. Be aware of the scams they do and rest assured, you will not get a good customer experience.

I bought water preasure spray kit that uses rechargeble battery. It was advertised for R157 with free delivery. Your company deducted R187.29 on 21 July 2024 again deducted R142.35 on 24 July 2024. The reference is formycamping410587*3483. I need the product or my refund and the price now is 120% more than the advert price.

Bribery
I did ask for a Refund, but was politely told NO, even though I had tried to make a purchase without signing up, formycamping took my money and said I hadn't tried a purchase. Incorrect. I gave a bad, but honest review.
Now I have received an email asking for a better review and then AFTERWARDS, I will get my refund. See email:
