(possibly system error at Miinto as this happens often with other orders too)
+-as a result of this item was delivered at quite distant, wrong pickup point
(mistake by DHL that happens often too)
---shipping box had been opened(left side complety cut out!!!): obviously someone tried to look into the box to see if there was something inside to steal(probably happened in a DHL warehouse), but then put everything back into the box inside and used adhesive tape (with DHL on it) to somewhat close the big gap in the carton shipping box! (so it must have happened at a DHL warehouse underway)
Without this unfortunate incident and with correct addresses I would have valued the handling of this order by FS with xxxxx; now xxxx due to the mistake/system error at Miinto and the stealing incident at DHL(no fault of FS obviously but what happened must be reported to avoid it might happen again)
