Incredible Support and Quality

I have been using ApolloX for some time for demanding technical prints - and the material consistently delivers top results.
There was a problem once with two larger rolls (presumably a rare production error) - but customer service responded quickly, friendly and extremely accommodating.
You don't often find manufacturers like this who take responsibility and treat you as a customer as an equal.
That's why I will continue to order here in the future.
A clear recommendation.

Impure crap filaments

The ApolloX "modified" ASA is so impure that it won't even dissolve. Prints like an elastic gum stuck in the nozzle until the ugly lump just falls off.

Forget about smoothing with acetone vapor to make it garden ready or gluing with liquid acetone to assemble pieces. I left the failed print floating in a jar of 100% pure acetone over the night to make glue and nothing happened to the surface.

I used Formfutura Titan X ABS in white…

I used Formfutura Titan X ABS in white colour for two very large part with complex shapes. I was very quite impressed about the filament on the following 3 counts.

Warpage was close to zero as claimed.
Interlayer adhesion was great.
The supports came of very easily with very little witness marks . I used 0.2 mm layer thickness with one layer vertical separation and 0.3 mm horizontal separation and worked brilliantly.

Overall I am very happy with the product.

A customer opinion censor...

I made a criticizing product review on the Formfutura website and found that it never got published.

I actually made a fair diplomatic product review… Sorry Formfutura – you got at least one very poor product… "Bring my product review as you are obligated and this review here will change as well".

Does anyone (besides me) wonder how only 5 star product ratings are present on the Formfutura webpage…?

I would have rated the product by 2 stars, but when a seller / manufacturer censor a sober ‘not-positive’ customer opinion, I find one star way too much. Putting lid on customer opinions might be the worst…

Great filament from a great company

I have ordered from these guys a couple times now and they have been great to work with. One order did have a minor mistake but they were quick to address the problem and went above and beyond in my opinion.

Good service

The filament was sent promptly and prints well

The red is great, the transparent is not as transparent as other filaments
