Do not use Formations Direct! They seem to have gone under as I formed a company two weeks ago and haven't heard back. They are ignoring all calls and e-mails.

There was a complete lack of…
There was a complete lack of communication from the team at Formations Direct. I called several times leaving voice mail messages but no one returned by call. On 6.9.23 I was then forced to pay another formation agent to get the new company formed.
Then today (8.9.23), without any warning, I receive an email saying my new company has been formed!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Applied for a company to be registered 10/8/23. Accepted payment and that was the last I heard. 16/8/23 not registered with Companies House. Did not respond to emails sent via their web site. Did not respond to direct emails. No answer from their phones. Left a voicemail - no response from that either. 26/8/23 still no response.

Terrible customer service
They accepted my order on 6thJuly. On 10th I chased it up and was advised they could not proceed as it was too complicated and they had no staff available. I chased the refund several times by email and phone and was told it was coming soon as they had a new system. It is now 4 weeks and no refund and I have now gone to my bank for a chargeback. No attempt has been made to update me. I rang today and nobody answered the phone, had to leave a message

Would Recommend
Generally straight forward and far more economical than using a local solicitor. We needed a few things explaining which could have been more simply explained in the email correspodance and would have saved time (instead of repeating what had been written). Overall would recommend.
