I haven’t had a great experience so far. My original dose wasn’t correct. Took weeks to fix it. I have used a lot of apps and the communication in your app is not great. Other apps send me constant text messages keeping me updated on the progress. I find it hard that you have to deal with AI and hours later get a random response from a person but because I’m not still engaged by then I respond and wait hours for a response from a different person. Directions for the proper amount to inject aren’t clear- used more than I should have and now have 3 weeks with no meds. Although the app showed a shipment getting prepared so I thought I was doing it correctly to then have that shipment randomly cancelled. It’s just not a smooth experience. I currently wouldn’t recommend it to others and I’m researching options for what to do after the 6 months I had to prepay for this run out. Bottom line you could do a lot better. And I am typically a person who rarely complains so that’s saying something.

I have lost 0 lbs since beginning months ago. My doesea re too low and I have tried to express this before, and the prescribers insist that I need to stay on the tapered dosages. I feel like I am wasting money to go back through a break-in program that I have already done. I was on a semaglutide before starting with Hers, and that information was ignored.

I used Hers for oral weight-loss medication for about four months, and unfortunately I did not see meaningful results during that time.
My biggest frustration, however, was the auto-renewal process. I was enrolled in recurring shipments without clear advance notice of when the renewal would actually process, and the first notification I received was after the order had already shipped. This gave me no real opportunity to pause, adjust, or cancel before being charged.
I also contacted customer support, but my last response from the company was three months ago, with no meaningful follow-up since then. The replies I did receive felt generic and appeared to be AI-generated rather than addressing my specific concern.
Overall, between the lack of results, the unclear renewal timing, and the poor customer support experience, this was disappointing. For a service involving prescription medication and recurring charges, I expected better transparency, better communication, and more responsive support.
As an update: I did receive a message back from the company and they were responsive to my initial complaints. I was very appreciate that they acknowledged the issues and provided remedy.

Firstly it started with spending money for a prescription that they ended up not being able to write me. They suggested a product I bought it attempted to cancel because of the side effects being exactly what I was attempting to get rid of. They refused to cancel my order. They refused to give me information on returning their product which is unused. They told me to flush it down the toilet that they wouldn’t issue me a refund.

I have really appreciated the business model and support model you’ve set up here. And while it is more expensive than working through my own provider, it is much easier, the support network is faster and there is much less administrative management each month for refills etc.

I have been on this med since 2/6 gained 3 pounds, nothing lost even with dose increase. I'm very frustrated to say the least, I've paid a lot of money with no results. Is there another med we could try?

Online it says $39 for your first month on the weight loss program, then $149 per month. I was like, ok bet, so I signed up. It’s unfortunately not that simple, it’s ACTUALLY $149 a month for the provider and another $149 a month for the medication and that’s if you don’t need a change in dose. NOWHERE in signup did I see that these are two separate charges. After I woke up and saw I was being charged more, I immediately messaged to cancel my subscription all in under 24 hours. This is incredibly scammy and I will NEVER use HERS again.

BUYER BEWARE! If you think you are just purchasing the product you are very wrong. They get your credit card and tell you that it’s the membership fee and the membership fee with the product are matching prices very very high. This company is very deceitful and careful how they were things.! I assumed when I purchased the product I was really purchasing the membership. I was unaware of that or I would’ve never purchased the product at all. I have since then asked for a credit back to my credit card for $39 and they have denied it stating I had a medical review! Not true! As soon as I paid what I thought was for the product, then all the stipulations come up in writing which they don’t put on at first! Very very disappointed in this company! They could have easily returned my $ but has not!!!!
