Scam billing practice—cancelling the trial deletes everything

Do not sign up for the free trial unless you are 100% sure you want to pay. I tested the platform and decided to cancel my trial so I wouldn't get auto-renewed. The moment I clicked cancel, the system instantly cut off my access and wiped out all my remaining free trial credits before the trial period was actually over.It is incredibly anti-consumer to punish users for managing their subscriptions. If you give a 7-day or 14-day trial, users should have access for that full duration regardless of when they turn off auto-renew. Total bait-and-switch tactics just to force people into paying. Avoid this tool.
