Not a legitimate online store -- Ordered a product on December 4th expecting it on time for Christmas (order confirmation stated I should receive it by the 13th). Have been trying to reach the company via chat on their website, customer service email address, and direct messages on both their Facebook and Instagram since the 14th and they have completely ghosted me. Finally initiated a credit card chargeback this morning.
Absolute Fraud. How are these fraudsters allowed to deal online. Paid for a product at the end of September ref - 30160, no sign of product and no response to any emails. You have been warned.
I ordered $100 worth of product. Never came. Reached out via email, phone message and online to inquire about status, no response. This is not a case where the product was lost or shipped but downright fraudulent business. DO NOT order product from them.
Fraudulent company, beware, do not order from them. Ordered & paid for an item from Forged in Valhalla on the 20/10/2024. Order nos. 30176. They have not replied or sent the item, have sent many emails to them to find out what is going on, they never reply back to let me know what has happened to my order. I have been scammed by Forged in Valhalla. Beware do not order from them unless you want to loose your money. Their reviews on their website are fake. Forged in Valhalla should be taken off the website.
