Beware of this scam Propfirm
I purchase an account through ACEFX who claim to pass the challenge for people ,after that he claim to manage the account on his side , at the end he kept on exploiting money from me through the propfirm, ACEFX and his group are the one who created the site with FAKE PAYOUT CERT issues within the group. My account just got deleted for no reason this morning please if you're in his group on telegram let's us report to telegram to save others

It's only 26 days and they breached my account for inactivity. Shameless people.Do not trade with these people.They do not payout anyways so I don’t care.

I just reached 10% profit and hit the target, then I got email that my account to be reviewed before change to funded account. The 2 days later I got a shocking news that my account breached the rule by making a copy trading - something I did not do it - and judged my account fails. This is a kind of baseless accusation to kick me out and stop trading. My experience is similar to the other I found in his/her trust pilot review.

Please stay away from this propfirm or you will lose your time and money for sure!!!

Bought a challenge 12 days ago …sent endless emails copy of purchase….no response whatsoever …..spend heaps on advertising but customer service is an absolute joke ….stay away

I bought 100K with a 75% discount and 10K with a 50% discount. I would trade through Tradelocker but I don't have the password for tradelocker so I can't trade. I sent 5-7 times emails to Forexpropfirm support asking if I need the password for Tradelocker but unfortunately they never answered me for almost a week. I didn't get a receipt from Forexpropfirm either.

Beware of online scams! I thought I had lost all my money, but then I reached out to the company in the profile photo, and they helped me recover everything.

I have been a customer for six months about and I’ve had many challenges. Customer service will tell you what you want to hear, for instance, on May 8 I purchased a Bogo $25,000 challenge and never received it, they said they sent it to my account, which they did not. I then passed a $100,000 one step challenge which was yesterday and the funded account didn’t automatically show up so I’m hoping that they’re going to stick to their word, but I’ve read a lot of reviews and trust pilot and customer service just stops contacting you, like they have been doing to me For over two weeks now. They sure do like to sell the challenges, but they sure as heck are not paying anything out either. Beware, do not waste your money or time with this company 

I recently completed and passed the 3 Steps 200K Challenge with the ForexPropFirm, and I felt compelled to share my worst experience due to the issues I encountered during my journey, particularly concerning false accusations that undermined my achievement. Initially, I was excited about the challenge. The structured approach to trading and the opportunity to manage significant funds were enticing. I successfully passed each phase and expected a smooth transition into the funded account stage. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I received communication regarding accusations of copy trading during my Phase 1 evaluation. I want to clarify that these false accusations are completely unfounded. I have always adhered to the guidelines and trading rules set forth by the ForexPropFirm. It is disheartening to see that, rather than supporting traders in their growth, the firm resorts to blame and allegations based on what I believe to be a malfunction in their system. I suspect that the firm may have automated processes in place that mistakenly flagged my trades for resembling those of another trader. It's essential for a reputable prop firm to have proper checks in place to differentiate between genuine individual trading outcomes and those that could be classified as copy trading. In this case, it seems the technology has let them down, and unfortunately, I am the one facing the consequences. While I understand that running such a business involves managing risk and ensuring integrity, it must also involve transparent communication and fair treatment of traders. I have reached out to their support multiple times to resolve this issue, but the response has been unsatisfactory. Instead of a thorough investigation, I feel like my character and trading integrity have been unfairly questioned. No one is replying to any of my emails for the last 10 days. They are fraudulent, lying, and cheating the innocent traders, they cannot provide the funded account to the traders and they are just selling the demos and earning money, they are offering the BOGO offer but there is NO FREE Account as advertised to traders, they are not releasing the funds to the traders. My experience has not only impacted my current situation but also left me feeling disillusioned about their overall commitment to supporting traders.

I bought a challenge account with forexpropfirm and recieved my account instantly. I traded the account smoothly and passed the challenge and I received my trader certificate within hours. I believe I will make a long term trading relationship with this firm. Thank you FPF for your support through my trading journey.

i have an account, that supposed to have "First Payout on Demand", but in the client panel i can't request withdrawal request till next 40 days! and the answer that the support gives me till now is : "Please wait for an update from the team . If you didnt hear anything in next days. Please connect us"

it's been 20 days science my support request and i sent another email today and the answer shock me!

"Please dont waste your time here. He Dont Even pay us for last nine Months."

tip: their only support is currently from a mail that you can find it only in their discord server!

i have requested withdraw on 14/01/2025 and approved on 01/02/2025, The withdraw amount still not received. I have send an email so many times to support Team. No one response my email

I passed the 5K challenge with ForexPropFirm and followed all their instructions, yet after completing it, they completely stopped responding. I reached out multiple times through their only available support email (support at forexpropfirm.com), but there has been zero response.

They do have a Telegram channel, but it's one-way only — only they can send messages. Clients are just spectators with no way to communicate or raise concerns. No chat, no phone number, no live support — nothing.

Warning to newcomers: Think twice before trusting them. Once you pay and pass, you’re left in the dark. Feels more like a trap than a legitimate firm.

Can't login with my 'random-encrypted' but saved and '100% filled correctly' password, fake company, fake dashboard, automated without proper content e-mails.

I’m extremely happy to share that I’ve officially been funded and received my account! The entire process with Forex Prop Firm was smooth and professional. From the evaluation phase to account delivery, everything was well-structured and clear.

Their support team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I appreciate the transparency and the opportunity they’ve given me to trade with real capital.

Cash out is not possible with this company. Have been waiting for over a month to take out my earnings. Have written several emails messages and the worst part is that no one is responding to me anymore. I regret ever joining them but fortunate to find Summum Templum. what a different story and I'm happy.

This company is a scammer
I participated in the one-step challenge and after passing the second phase account challenge they gave me a demo account and now that I made 5% profit in this account and after that I requested a withdrawal they said you will be paid within 5 to 10 business days but after almost 15 days they are not responding to any of my emails. They are scammers who deceive you with attractive promotions and discounts

I love Forexpropfirm.com because of their great communication with their customers, and how they’re always replying to whatever inquiries in a timely manner.

Stay away from this propfirm! They do not pay out the earned money!!! I purchased a 1-step 10K account and passed the challenge in November 2024. On my dashboard my earnings of over 900$ are "approved", but they don't pay it out, I get no answer from their support at all! They are just not answering at all and take no action! And since Friday I cannot log into the trading platform! Support is of course not answering! This is a SCAM !!!

This is a big scam! Don't buy anything from them, they will never pay you. I bought a $100k funded account and my payment method didn't work so I had to write emails to support. They were very helpful. However, I've been waiting for a $4k payout for a month, and I write to them every day...no response from them. This is a BIG SCAM. NEVER GO WITH THEM. STICK WITH FTMO. All the good reviews you see are FAKE. I have all the evidence to support it.
