I ordered 50 desert cups x 2 (so 100 in total). Delivery came quick but on opening it was 2x 25 pack so only 50 in total. Not sure how they could have supplied this so wrong as there was not even a option to buy a 25 pack online??
I needed this for a party. It got delivered on a Tuesday and the party was on a Saturday. This would have been quick to rectify.. only their phones don't work - you have to email. I emailed straight away asking if the missing order could be delivered as next day. No response.
I had to then buy some more on amazon as next day delivery.
I then get a email TEN days after the initial email - when asking if I can now get a refund as the party has been and gone - and they've completely ignored my request for a refund and just said 'I can confirm your missing order will arrive tomorrow.'
I clearly stated in my email when my event was and when it was needed by. They've clearly just ignored this. I don't need this anymore, as I've spent more money ordering from amazon. Do not order from here - on the off chance your order was correct - great. If not, then you're out of pocket and have to wait a long time to get any sort of reply. Terrible customer service.

Poor customer services. They do not take phone calls and take ages to respond to emails. Poor quality products.

I returned an order,with special delivery,they never reply to my emails and didn't received my money back! Be careful with this company!

Placed order for next day delivery . 10 days later still waiting no help I've explained the order placed no good to me now not that I think it will arrive .I had to find another company to get the items needed .
Requested refund no response .
Would not buy from this company .

Have completely lost trust and faith in thois company. They dont speak to their customers on the phone and you cannot even leave a voicemail. Emails take 5 days to be replied to and on our busiest period of the year have completely let me dow. I will longer be using them

Exceptional poor company. Did not ship when they said they would, did not answer various emails I sent and left various voice messages which they did not respond. When the products did arrive (which was too late for my daughters wedding) the quality was very poor, the cake boxes had stains on them.
Do not buy from this company.

WB234978798 items delivered where not what was ordered I have a family party in 10 days i need my money back so i can source correct items from another supplier ,i have emailed you and contacted you on Insta i expect a prompt response as i cannot afford to loose value of order and postage for your error

Order 10white table cloths when receiving them nothing like the picture was cheap see through type of cloth.
Emailed them no response.
Never order from this company again!!

The items I ordered (tablecloths) arrived within the time specified and complete. I won’t lie I was apprehensive about the reviews I had read, but I was willing to trust the company. I was really pleased with the tablecloths fitted the brief for what I wanted. I was asked where I had got them from by one of the guests and gladly shared my experience. Hopefully going forward customers receive the same experience.

Avoid this company!! Absolutly shocking.

Do not order from this company! We ordered table cloths for a party - the quality was shocking. They were so thin and looked like bin liners! We sent the product back for a full refund and we still haven’t received the refund nearly 3 months later! Have left several voicemails, messages, emails and had no response. Avoid this company!!!

I received my parcel on Wednesday 28th September and noticed I was missing one pack of 25 (12 hole cupcake boxes). I ordered 3 packs but received 2 packs and was charged for 3 packs of the 12 hole cupcake boxes. I emailed and sent a message on Instagram and Facebook asking what they advised and nobody bothered to reply to my enquiry. It also says on the website "100% money back guarantee" which is an absolute lie as they don't even reply back to messages or calls. I won't be using this company again!

Absolutely abysmal service, I said in my order NOT to post if the item was the wrong spec and they did and then ignored my emails for weeks on end. I'm pursuing a claim with Visa because of their complete lack of communication. When they finally respond to your emails they just ignore everything mentioned, they are just a hideous company that should be shut down for scamming people.

I have ordered few table covers for a party, among them 7 table covers were not received. It caused me trouble as I did not have time to reorder and get it before party.I complained about it via email and phone but they did not give me a response for more than 2 weeks. The customer service is very poor . So if a product is missing there are nowhere to complain and get your money back.
