Should be better. I find myself having to do a lot of work to train it to give better summary answers. It doesn't actually answer chatbot questions with sufficient information -- answers often too brief and I suspect hallucinations are fairly common (hard to tell if it has conflicting old info).
Completely useless. Bots just give out information already available on their customer's sites, even if incorrect. Will not assist me to contact someone.

I use an online service where I really need to get through customer service because of a billing issue, and their so called support chat is powered by forethought. It gave relevant advices, and linked relevant articles, however my problem is not that I don't know how to use the website even despite the help articles, but that an invoice is missing, so I needed to get through support. However it never put me through support and kept going in circles asking the same questions, along the lines of "did this help?" "please describe your issue so I can put you through the right support team." I gave up after half an hour.
Piece of garbage technology. Products like this are the most important reason why GenAI will fail. For as long as humans control their bank accounts, humans will want to talk to humans and not to your trash chat bots.
Probably the least helpful invention by humankind. If I ever see this software on your website or app, I am not business with you. The people who made this should be ashamed of themselves.
The worse chatbot upwork has ever used , our account had faced a serious issue and this bot is stuck 3 hours not allowing us to enter the help pages or contact live support and its just repeating itself with nonsense answers.
Absolutely unhelpful AI chatbots. The bane of my existence. Does nothing but give the most unhelpful "advice". Goes in circles with it's "help" getting you nowhere, while being a barrier for reaching actual humans who could understand your questions within seconds.
