powerful stuff
Lots of the stuff I have covered before, but this is due to having a seminar with Mat about a year ago which inspired me to research further. As a result I have used it in group and 1 to 1 sessions.
Frankly I am hungry for more, though sadly this will not be with GDAS as I am leaving for a new challenge shortly, partly as a result of putting these strategies into action😀
