Die Konkurrenz ist besser - Finger weg!
Der Service ist katastrophal! Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht geschult und von Kundenzufriedenheit wird scheinbar nichts gehalten. Eine vernünftige Erklärung wieso ich für das Verschwinden eines Rades nach erfolgreicher Beendigung der Ausleihe verantwortlich sein soll, habe ich nie bekommen, aber Rechnungen schreiben kann FordBike scheinbar. Herzlichen Glückwunsch ihr habt einen zahlenden Kunden erfolgreich vergrault!!!
