Possibility the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Made a simple purchase - bamboo floating shelves. Arrived in good time but in the worst condition. Packaging was open, ripped, inadequate to protect the items within. Every shelf was dented, scratched and gouged. Needless to say I emailed them immediately (unable to phone as theres no number for customer service). I received a responce within 24 hours with details on how to start the return/refund process. However, my order did not appear in my account history. I have all the evidence of the purchase, original screenshots, confirmation emails, the physical items... but with the item not in my order history it made no difference to them. 16 email conversations I had with 4 different people, all as useless as the last. No help at all. None actually answered my quuestions about the issue of my missing order, only regurgitating the same generic response.
In the end I had to contact Paypal for a refund but even then Fordeal had me over a barrel. As I can't return it via their app, I'd have to post it independently at a cost of nearly £40. (The original purchase was £75). Paypal couldn't intervene further as Fordeal had offered a solution. Sickening that theres no recourse for this sort of horrendous service. I've learned my lesson tho... never by from China, keep it local or European. I'm sure people have had no issues shopping with Fordeal before, but I'm not one of them.

They removed cash on delivery pay method and all the shops that were selling quality clothes

Fordeal is a scamming platform that can persuade you to be a seller and then scam your money by exposing to you that to give you your comision you have to pay the taxes and then get your money and thats where you get scammed as you may believe that it's a true deal and once you tranfer the amount required they will block you and never answer back together with fordeal you have an app waifair that is the associated to fordeal that goes on shiwing you the rate of salesso you believe that yes you are selling.

I ordered a pair of boots off her last week. The money shows that it has left my bank account but i have had no messages at all to say when delivery will be. I cant find ny order at all.

I was confused with the messages on WhatsApp regarding delivering item. I must say, I was very surprised about how well made the outfit is and the finishing very good. I really like my outfit.

I ordered two items from Hacco via fordeal. The items said they had been delivered but I've not received them. The items were coming via royal mail according to delivery infomation but despite them saying item delivered they have no signature or photo to show delivered. I have emailed fordeal for refund but no reply.. purchase reference 720322772599263002 and delivery reference WB556864496GB. Please help to get my money refunded

Quality is bad... I bought lankybox item for my daughter and when it came it obviously fake... Poor material... want to return but my daughter insist not to as we can't find lankybox item in Dubai...

I had a very Bad experience with Fordeal. They delivered me something different to what I ordered at that also after delaying 32 days. Very Bad customer service response. Although they say refund/return option is there but i very tiresome even if they deliver a wrong product. Will never recommend to go through fordeal for any online order

Just a question. Are Fordeal men clothes designed for gays? Please have respect for customers.

This website is a big scam.. I applied for return item and after they picked up the item getting to 2months and I haven’t received my refund in my app wallet which was suppose to be instant after pickup and when I write them about it they say the item have not arrived in their warehouse for 2months????? Even if it’s by sea…. 😳😳😳 bad service… I don’t recommend better shop someplace else

Really good experience with fordeal . Really fast delivery and product is also good, sometimes clothing u have to choose carefully but other products is too good.

Perfect application , good prices , good quality.loved it.
