Appalling service, avoid them like the plague!!! They attended on behalf of our insurance company as an emergency. though they didn't turn up until, the next day!! Some emergency cover!! Said they fixed the issue, but they haven't, raw sewage still coming into the house and they refuse to go back despite doing a bad job just hours ago. Said I have to call insurer again to get them instructed again!! No doubt this is so they get paid again, despite not completing the job properly the first time! Insurance company are closed so can't do anything until after the weekend! Totally uninterested and are obviously happy for the house to have raw sewage coming into it!!!!!. DON'T USE THIS APPALLING COMPANY!!

A very professional and friendly service. They responded quickly, arrived promptly, identified the issue using some hi-tech equipment and solved the issue. He also provided good advice for future maintenance. I'd definitely recommend them.

He knew what he was doing and was nice and helpful. I would ask for him again.

Great service, called out to unblock drains. Arrived swiftly. Cleared the blockage and then reviewed the pipes with CCTV to see if any faults could be found to identify the blockage. 2 blockages were identified, which I can now work on getting rectified. Very friendly and approachable.

Great company first and foremost because they do what it says on the tin! Very professional and courteous. A chap called Paul came out to deal with the issue and is a credit to the company. He identified the main problem and showed me what was going on. He also gave tips and suggestions on how to manage things moving forward. Without a doubt I shall be using them again in the future. I had these guys out to a problem with my drains. They arrived on time, they were clean and tidy and sanitised the area on completion of a very tricky blockage in a manhole at my property. Highly recommend.
