DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a scam website run by foreign operators who just want to steal your money. They claim 1-day delivery, but I ordered a football shirt three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Order tracking does not work on their website. Emailed them. They eventually replied telling me to be patient! I suspect I have lost my money. This sort of thing should be illegal (... oh, wait). Absolutely appalling customer service.

Absolute joke, waited weeks and had no email that the tops had been sent for delivery so emailed and enquired. They said the tops I had ordered were not even in stock so I have to keep waiting until they come back in stock, wont let me cancel the order and are refusing to refund me. Wouldn't buy from here again!

I had a disappointing experience with this website. They sent me the wrong item, and when I contacted customer service, they admitted return costs were expensive and unhelpfully left it to me to either order a new item and they would send the correct item with it or cover the cost of the return which they had messed up. It felt unfair and frustrating. I won’t be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Do not trust! I placed my order on 03/08/25 and received a confirmation email. After a week I emailed them as there had been no updates on dispatch or tracking information. They then sent me a dispatch email with a tracking number on 10/08/25 with a photo of the package and a label on top but the lable was not stuck to the package which I immediately thought was odd. It is now 21/08/25 (11 days later) and the tracking says that Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the package so it clearly hasn’t been shipped and it was just for show and to shut me up. I have emailed twice for an update and shared the tracking information but they have not responded. It’s clearly a scam and I wont be receiving the order. Dont waste your time or money.

scam avoid at all costs, I am almost certain al the positive reviews are by the owner or family and friends and to keep it believable because of the sheer amount of negative reviews which are basically the same they had to put in a few 3 and 2 stars reviews.
I placed an order on the 8th and had an email to confirm the order, and it also said it would take about 2-7 business days I have tried to convene with the so called customer service team but no luck I have contacted my bank and have raised a dispute for shoppers looking for football shirts look elsewhere

Delivery takes a few weeks but definitely worth the wait 10/10 quality couldn’t recommend more

Ordered 2 shirts and they spent ages delivering them (postage was confirmed), however one of the shirts was a fake and NOT as the image of the product was shown on the website. Would not recommend, save your money

Total scam do not buy . You pay for it no conformation of order and don’t reply to emails .
No contact number . I urge you not to buy from this .
The positive reviews are obvious fake ones , read the numerous negative ones .

Wish I would have looked here first. Ordered numerous shirts! £70! Over two weeks ago. Had one email saying they were busy after I emailed them the first time. Had nothing since. Taken up a dispute with my bank.

This is a scam. Avoid. No number and they do not respond to emails. Bought x2 kits for my son's birthday. Avoid!

Took two payments and still haven't received my products or had a reply about a refund for one of the payments. Either that have extremely bad customer service or it's a scam AVOID.

ordered on 6th of August, haven't had any tracking information or anything, I've emailed them 5 times and had no reply, it says live chat available but nothing on website and the phone number it gives says invalid number, I am now in the process of taking up a dispute with paypal and my bank

Avoid this company total let down took 2 payments instead of 1 5 weeks later still waiting for goods

Read the positive reviews, all DEFFO written by the same person, DEAD sus. Way to good to be true, no chance it's legit

I made a order 7 shirts that came late and when it did come they were to small it says on their website 14 day returns THIS IS A LIE I have been messaging over a week and they where happy to message quicky trying to offer different shirts but because I said no I'll send them back for a refund they have stopped all communication AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Truly awful business I paid for a top 31/07 it was a hefty deliver fee £5+ (Most things on Amazon, Ebay ect you can get free delivery) It said 3-5 days delivery they took the payment no issue, 7 days go by no reference to take the shirt no shirt arrives. So I contacted the customer service team 07/08, heard nothing until 09/08 and they said they'd been very busy lie that's the customer fault or concern if you cant provide a product in a timeframe you picked increase it or EMPLOY MORE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!

I've requested a full refund 7 have reported them to my bank as fraud. Id advise any potential customers to avoid at all costs as they're another company more than happy to take your money but aren't able to provide the product or a decent service or customer service. Gurnek Singh looks to be the person running or set up the company he looks to have a lot of failed companies behind him. I COULDNT STRESS MORE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU GO ON AMAZON, EBAY, sports direct you can get most of the products they offer you'll get a far better level of customer service, receive an apology should it be delayed rather than you the customer having to fight & wait for a response on where your hard earned moneys gone for a product you was happy to pay for but the company couldn't care less about your custom & satisfaction & actually receive your products on time.

I have not received order email for tracking number. I have email 4 times no answers. Took 2 payments instead of 1. Not happy

Got 2 kits for my lad, he’s buzzin. Took like 3 weeks to turn up but they did keep me updated. Will order again no doubt.
