Disgrace of company. Ordered medium old newcastle top back in August for my daughters birthday. Emailed 10 times to arrange a return for bigger size no response so went to post office and paid £7.50 to return via tracked mail which they received. Sent them tracking information etc and continue to be ignored. Out of pocked for the top and return charges. Continue to ignore my emails.

Ordered 2 Liverpool tops over 4 weeks ago had a email saying Royal Mail got it. Still nothing after 3 weeks !!!!

Ordered a shirt as a present for my partner - it’s one he’s wanted for a while and as it was on sale I thought I would order it.
What a mistake that was!
Ordered on 28/09, received an email on 04/10 to tell me it was dispatched. Tracking from the email shows the seller was dispatching the order to Royal Mail on 02/10.
10 days later and it still says they’re dispatching it.
Emailed on 07/10 just asking for an update. They replied, quite weirdly at 1:30am on 11/10, and told me it’s with Royal Mail and they “expect delivery to be in a couple of days or so”.
Asked for them to check when my order was actually sent to Royal Mail and no response.
Disputing with my bank now because they’re clearly not interested in looking into this. Wish I looked at reviews before making the purchase!

Ordered a MUFC, Giggs, 11, medium retro shirt on 7th Sept. 3 weeks later i got Cantona, 7, small. Complained and another 3 weeks later got the right name etc but still the wrong size. Up to now have waited six weeks to get the wrong item. No response on asking for a refund, just an apology for the "slight" delay. Do NOT deal with this company.

I am writing a review about this company because they haven't replied to any emails of customers who have bought from this company since may 2022 and my wife being one of them.
My wife bought me a shirt for my birthday and it was too small so we emailed them (twice) to get a refund and they have not replied to either email we have sent, so i'm now going to speak trading standards and watchdog about this company to see if i can get this company to stop trading as they taking money off customers and not giving refunds as there website say they do.

Terrible company. I ordered 3 shirts for my brothers funeral and asked if they could not deliver them in time for the funeral could they cancel my order and refund my money. I got a message saying that they would not charge me and would give me a refund. That was two months ago and after several emails with no refund. I have had to do a claim with my credit card company. I would not recommend this company.

Honestly quality was horrendous, the shirt looked like it had been glued together by a child. Pictures on the website are extremely misleading, and quality is really bad. Tried to contact the team about organising a refund, and no-one ever got back to me. All in all awful customer experience.

Took about 3 weeks to arrive and once it did it was way too small, as in two sizes too small so be warned.

Absolute waste of time and money, wasted £70 on two shirts, both turned out to be fake and child size, they never respond to emails, and worse theyre reviews on the website are all fake !

Ordered 20th august 2023, had an email 26th august to say dispatched, tracking doesn’t work so can’t track, sent an email as phone contact shows as unavailable on the website, no response from the email, just sent a second email, let’s see if I get a response

I ordered a Retro Newcastle United Shirt & although the delivery was delayed due to Royal Mail strike action I was very impressed with both the quality & the detail on the shirt.Very happy with my purchase I'm delighted.

Just received my 85 liverpool away shirt.
Well impressed..took just under a fortnight to get here..after reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive about what would arrive.. I have to say.. my expectations have been exceeded..shirt is bang on..fabrics good..stitching..badging etc.. but most importantly..the size is spot on..that was my major issue after reading comments..
I need not have worried..
Deffo be buying another..👍

Superb never has problem . Football shirt is good quality. Though i do suspect they are shipped through dh gate and footy classics increase the price.

Like many here, I ordered a shirt back in January for my husband. After washing once, the logo starting peeling. I’ve tried contacting several times since, to be told a replacement is on its way. Nothing has yet been delivered, and emails since have not been responded to.

Great quality top - took about 2 weeks to arrive but that’s what it said on the site. Not 100% sure if the kit is actually legit, but everything looks great and all the stitching / fit is spot on!

Ordered a retro shirt 3 weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived emailed them enquiring as to where it is after several emails it had been “delivered” even though after i tracked my parcel it was still in London👎🏻👎🏻 Do not waste your time

Just to reiterate what others have said, to be honest. If I could give a minus score, I would.
Ordered xxl, but still too small for recipient (sizes are on the mean side). Website declaims “easy returns” but no instructions on how to do so. Emailed twice but no reply and no phone contact to try.
AVOID!!

I would give minus five stars if possible AVOID this company at all costs!
Shirt I ordered for an event a week later took 6 weeks and 6 email complaints to finally arrive.
I returned it same day as event had passed.. was emailed two days later to tell me I had been refunded.
A month later still NO REFUND in my account.Not answering my emails.
Have had NO REPLIES to several emails asking about it and there is no phone contact number available for this company.
I am now going through a lengthy bank complaint to try to get my money back!
Truly awful!!

Tried for weeks to buy a shirt from them. Contacted them directly as the sizing chart on their website is a bit bizarre and wanted clarification.

Seven emails later, still no reply

I thought it was worth the risk, looking at the image of the Liverpool retro top I thought it looked exactly like a real one. I was wrong its pretty obvious its fake therefore would not wear it in public.

The adidas logo is embarrassing and likewise with the stitching quality of the adidas stripes.

I also saw they had a returns policy so thought there was no risk there...

Like people below have said, they will not respond to emails about returns therefore no way of getting the money back.

I will donate the shirt to a charity shop but it is a piece of crap so doubt they will get much for it.
