Footy.com have not fulfilled my order. I contacted them three times before they contacted the courier, nearly a month after my order. They are refusing to give me a refund.

My daughter placed an order before xmas…
My daughter placed an order before xmas as a surprise gift. She was supposed to receive a mystery Liverpool and Chelsea top for her and her boyfriend. This did not arrive. After chasing multiple times, she receuved 2 random tops, not in a gift box as described but also random team shirts. We paid to return these. Since beginning of January I have spent time trying to get a refund. Conflicting emails saying the refund has been done then asking what did she order as cant find order. I am now on email 38!!! No response for 3 days. All I want is my refund of £40 its not that difficult!

Great website, really handy. Was looking for some kids trainers - saved 30% and didn't have to spend hours trawling loads of different websites to try and find what I wanted which was a plus. Will be using again.
