Although the delivery was very fast, the shoes unfortunately did not fit me, so I returned them. The box contained the return label, but from the website I couldn't find any further information about returns, time frame, contact, etc.

Hopeless Returns through UPS
Shoes don't fit - UPS want invoice before accepting the return - no invoice emailed when order placed, or since. Totally hopeless returns process. Unless you can be sure the shoes will fit, I would avoid Footway.

I ordered the wrong trainers
Unfortunately I ordered the kids trainers instead of the adults, I noticed and immediately informed them via email as it was out of hours. The staff member tried to have it cancelled prior to it being posted, but I assume it is automated and it was dispatched. I left a note on my door notifying UPS I wouldn't accept delivery and to return the package unopened. Upon UPS registering the item was to be returned, the staff member ( Sorry Ive forgotten her name) refunded my money fully.I am so pleased with the service I received .

This is my second pair of Hunter wellies, the first pair are 13 years old and are now just for gardening as a tiny leak. Great product and I’m happy to reinvest as very comfortable. I use for walks, standing pitchside and winter beach walks with my dog. Footway definitely best priced and delivered before expected date.

Great short boots
I’ve had the forerunner of this boots for the past 7 years till the sole gave way. I have 2 dogs so these boots are quick to put on for those wet, mucky days (of which there have been many!). They are wonderfully roomy at the toe end for a wide foot like mine but with a supportive heel. Good grip in muddy areas. Ordering was easy, quick and delivery happened as stated.
