I’m sat in waiting for the third time…
I’m sat in waiting for the third time for my granddaughters crocs to arrive. The second attempt they were less than a mile away and then delivery aborted. Today is just silly! Told between 14.00 and 18.00 then told 11.40 to 13.40 then received update your delivery is close by, it was but it’s still not here!
Now I’ve received notice it will arrive by 19.00!!!
Worst thing is the tracker had it again in a village a mile away then bypassing my village it goes to one a mile away the other way then then moves away towards a village 3 miles away, that’s when the estimated time of 19.00 appeared.
Will they be here for Christmas? They were ordered mid November and travelled through Sweden, Denmark, Germany then UK depot in Northampton (20 miles away)
It’s not the retailers fault UPS totally to blame.
Issue resolved by Footway.

I had these sneakers before and was looking for exact same pair which was hard to find. The shoes came exact same and I delighted with my purchase. Delivery was 5 working days to Ireland.

The ordering especially with the English sizes was easy to do. The whole ordering system was easy. I was kept informed of where my parcel was and when it would be delivered and it was quick considering where they came from.

I had not heard of Footway prior to searching for a certain brand of children shoes. But I will certainly be saving this site. What a brilliant experience. I can’t believe that I can buy a pair of shoes from Sweden that arrive quicker than if I bought in the UK and at a cheaper price. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother more professional service and delivery from both Footway and UPS.
I had read some reviews that there was a problem re delivery but I can not fault both customer service and support.
If only all transactions were this great!
