In the end all is well

First of all. Their shoes are really comfortable. This last pair is the 3rd pair of their shoes that I have. With this pair, there was a hiccup- instead of getting what I bought online, I got the correct shoe box with the right shoes and size on the outside but the wrong shoes and the wrong size on the inside. It took awhile to get in touch with them. But once they responded, everything was fine from then on. The correct shoes came and a label was given to us to send back the wrong shoes.

Ordered in November and returned as too…

Ordered in November and returned as too small. Still awaiting refund, keep being fobbed off with excuses. Looking increasingly like I've lost £70, thanks foot soft would definitely not recommend!
