If you want to get an Arsenal football ticket for a reasonable price at a good seat, I highly recommend this website. Transaction was smooth, the seller was very responsive and provided good instructions on how to download the ticket and which gate i needed to go to.

I purchased my ticket at least a week in advance but didn't receive my ticket until an hour or so before the match started. On the day of they were very responsive but I was very stressed about weather or not I would receive my ticket.

We were visiting England and had purchased tickets to an EPL game well in advance. It was our first time attending a game in Europe so the excitement was palpable.

The night before the game, we received a message that the tickets had been rescinded by the team, beyond the control of footballticketpad. Needless to say, we were distraught, especially with news arriving so late.

To their credit, footballticketpad eventually replaced the tickets with even better ones at no extra charge. And watching a live EPL game lived up to the hype -- it turned out to be the most fun we've ever had at a sporting event!

My advice to first time customers is to understand the risk associated with purchasing EPL tickets from unofficial channels. I'm not saying don't buy tickets from footballticketpad, I would do so again in a heartbeat, but my expectations would be tempered next time.

I'll also comment on the communication. I tried a couple times to contact the company a day or two before the match since we hadn't actually received the tickets yet. Chat didn't work and nobody answered the phone calls. I did, however, receive prompt responses to emails. And once they contacted me regarding the issue with the original tickets, the messaging over WhatsApp was excellent.

So, again, if you want to know if you can trust footballticketpad, the answer is a resounding Yes; however, understand how it works and the implications of any issues you may experience.

Struggling to get hold of them. Have emailed a few times. Rang a few times and still nothing. Game is 48 hours away and still no tickets. And no customer service help to ensure me the tickets will be delivered.

I will change my review if I get me tickets soon. But this has been a poor experience so far

Great experience, ticket delivery was seamless and ahead of time. Someone was always available in case I had any questions about the stadium entry process. Highly recommend.
