I wish I could review in negative 5 stars as it doesn't deserve even a one star. At this very moment I want to sue them, it is the dodgiest secondary market for tickets ever. They will try to take advantage of you, don't let them and purchase tickets on trusted websites. After they charged my card I never heard back from them. The El clasico match I bought tickets for is next week and their customer service told me "Dnt worry man, u will be ok" - word to word, letter to letter (I am not a man by the way). Their CEO emailed after I demanded my money back with grammatical mistakes in his email saying basically I am not getting my money back. I am worried as I should have received the tickets by now. I am travelling to Barcelona from London for this match. They never pick up the phone and the only way I could reach to their customer service is through their instant chat after half an hour of waiting. They promised they will rebuff my money over the phone but in the mail they said they won't be doing that as there is no reason to be worried and wanting to return the tickets. Unprofessional, dodgy, unpleasant, unacceptable, ridiculous and most likely cons. AVOID.

This information written above is totally false. First of all , once you bought the tickets on our site, you received the confirmation email , where it indicated that you would receive the tickets in the shipping address provided from 4 to 2 days before the match. Secondly we delivered the tickets successfully to your friend, we can even attach the signature sheet of delivery. On the other hand, we have to say that one week before the match you were contacted by our delivery department to tell them that you could not travel to Spain and that was the reason of your try to get the money back.
If you still have any inconvenient please contact us , and we will send you the signature sheet of delivery and all mails and conversations of what mentioned.

Not delivering what we bought
We bought 3 tickets for the clasico in Miami behind the goal lower tier and they sent me long side upper tickets. At least the shipment arrived on time...

As we run out of tickets of your category, and we never downgrade to a lower category, we delivered you a more expensive and better tickets. As you can see on the website, long side upper it is more expensive than short side lower tier.

it was perfect!!! I went with my family from Bogota to watch Real Madrid-Barça, we have great seats, they were very easy to comunicate with, and helped us with everything about the match, the seats and the stadium. I truly recomend it !!
