Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering…

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering a package… it’s been 2 weeks since I ordered it and I still haven’t received it and it was supposed to be delivered 5 days after i ordered it… I can’t talk to anyone about the status of the package and I can’t track it… my first and last time ordering from Foot Store and I suggest everyone to do the same.

Though it was a scam, but no issues!

I ordered to Switzerland. I couldn't use the track & trace code to track my delivery (didn't help that everything was in French..), and I was worried the whole thing was a scam (with all the 1 star reviews here, and coincidentally I had received a scam-text the day after ordering, which turned out to be unrelated!). But when I wrote to customer service to ask about estimated delivery, they replied 2 days later with accurate estimation and I received my shoes within that time with no issues. I received 7 days after ordering.
