Great store with great quality

Overall, great experience. I think this is a UK based company, because the shipping took a while to get to the U.S. However, they were the only website that had the Barça polo I wanted. Fair priced, and the quality of the polo is amazing. I had never heard of Foot-Store before but would definitely buy from them again.

They refuse to return for larger size !

I ordered 2 pairs size 9, 40 Nike everywhere online a 40 is a 9 except this store ! They sent me a 81/2 Tried to return they refused the return ! Don’t buy anything from them !

I put an order in a fortnight ago, I recieved no conformation of purchase, no invoice and as of yet, no parcel. I've also tried to contact via the messaging app on the website. At this stage I can only give 1 star but will update if/when rectified.

Return shipping costs make shopping here cost prohibitive

Unfortunately, the soccer jersey size originally purchased was too small for my grandson. I purchased a larger size and tried to return the first one but the return shipping cost from Fed Ex, UPS and USPS is over 2x the cost of the jersey. It can't weigh more than 1/2 a pound. It's too bad the company can't better assist customers outside France with a better return option. I won't be purchasing anything else.
