Bad experience

Hello, on December 30, you had a reassuring speech about the delivery of Messi's Argentinian jersey which we had ordered on your site on December 19, 2022 and which was to be delivered on December 26, 2022. It is very regrettable that to date January 8, 2023, 20 days after ordering the above item, we still haven't received anything. It happened to be the Christmas present for my 11 year old son who was very disappointed to have nothing for his Christmas. I am very unhappy with you and hope to benefit from a commercial gesture worthy of the disappointment of my poor boys, because 10% on a next order seems to me well below the damage suffered, respectfully, Mr MALHERBES.
