As a new North Star and gold pass subscriber going through my first reporting season I am incredibly impressed by the speed and depth of the company coverage. I have previously used a number of other investing newsletter services ( Marcus Today. Intelligent Investor, Clime, Fn Arena , Stock Doctor etc ) and am soooo pleasantly surprised with Motley Fool. The mix of educational stuff too and the different formats used ( visual & written ) really helps get the message thru. And the integrity of having a forum for members to discuss investing is a way I personally judge a service, as many don't have it - more often than not so they can control the narrative. The MF team will actually talk about and acknowledge their mistakes - god know we all make plenty in the investing game - but to openly discuss them for the learnings they can sometimes show is rare, but so very important. Love the scorecard too, for full transparency on their stock picks over time.
All up, definitely the best investing newsletter service I have used by miles.

Very happy with response over confusion with an annual subscription cost.
The advice too, appears measured and fair with a very reasonable success rate.

I have used various MF services over many years. Each time I have learnt from the advice and shares covered - both good and bad. With Share Advisor it is disappointing that the overall overall performance ranks only 0.75% above the respective benchmark.
The heaps of emails from MF can be frustrating too - but I guess it easy to just delete and move on.
Would recommend "The Rule Breaker " publication.
MF web site provides an excellent tool for the investing public and is appreciated.

I have been a member of the Share Advisor for over a year now and was really happy with them, read their emails, links to articles and got more educated with all things investing. There was a problem with using another credit card and forgetting my password and other issues. I was pleasantly surprised the same day, I received a phone call from Kiarra who was very efficient, courteous and solved all my problems, and sent a followup confirmation email as well. She had great communication skills and was honest, transparent and lovely to deal with. She put me at ease and I felt good knowing that I had dealt with someone who knew what to do and did it extremely well. She is a credit to Motley Fool.

Fool allowed me to adjust my subscription to better suit my needs, even though an automatic renewal had been processed. The subscription was refunded in full for which I am most grateful.

Wealth of Information
We have appreciated the wealth of information that Motley Fool provides us to give us the confidence in exploring investing in shares. We remain committed to the Share Advisor service, and over the last couple of years have dipped our toe into Hidden Gems and Stars and Stripes.
We are currently pausing these latter 2 services for 2026, which are in themselves an investment. While our investing in 2026 is on pause it makes sense to us to pause these services.
Finally I would have to say that the membership team are a breath of fresh air in appreciating that we are adults and competent to make such decisions without being endlessly badgered to stay. Even more reason why we will top up on Motley Fool Services as soon as we are ready to go.

Through my own laxity I made a financial mistake.
Luckily I depended on Lianne to sort my problem and very swiftly and honorably it was resolved.
If only most businesses such as telcos and Centrelink would learn from them.

I needed to cancel my Motley Fool EI subscription due to a change in financial circumstances. I had no issues getting it done in a timely and professional manner, MF have been a five star company these last eight years, a pleasure to deal witn.

I liked the quick and accepting response on notifying of my requested cancellation.
I disliked the constant email bombardment of add on sales for other products you have on offer.
I have gained a better insight to the market and feel i have learnt some of this thru your plateform.
I am in a reappraisal zone with my finances and the share market right now is not a viable option.
