Mediocre food, very poor packaging and turned up short dated and you cannot freeze.

The food was very tasty, bit need to be carful of the packaging specially with the flat tray food which has the clingfilm on as one of the eas leaking everywhere

Foodhak’s Weight Loss Meal Program has been a delightful surprise. The meals are incredibly tasty and make it easy to stick to my weight loss goals. I appreciate the variety of flavours and cuisines, which keep my meals interesting. The protein content is substantial, ensuring I stay full longer. It's so convenient to have these nutritious meals delivered, especially when I'm busy. The results have been amazing so far—I've lost weight without sacrificing taste or nutrition.

I've been subscribed to Foodhak for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. The meals are always fresh and tasty, and they arrive like clockwork every week. The subscription service is very user-friendly and allows for easy modifications. It's been a game-changer for my busy schedule. Highly recommend it!

I gave a star but if the option was there for no stars I would have chosen it the food containers had split so I had a messy box of food I called and email with no response at all how disgusting and to think I was going to recommend it to my team at work I would like a refund and I am more disappointed about the lack of commitment to customer care and support I am dumbfounded

Signed up to the 4 week weight loss plan. Week one arrived fine. Food was okay, but lacked protein so each meal didn't fill me up but there were lots of snacks to go alongside, (which I didn't eat as trying to limit sugar, so may have been my own fault) The food didn't look great coming out of the pouches, like yellow dog food. However week 2 delivery didn't arrive, so I contacted customer services who were TERRIBLE. Said I hadn't ordered by the cut off, (even though it was an automatic order?!) took my money and didn't deliver the food. Getting a refund was a nightmare and had to get my bank involved. Really poor experience overall, there are much better food delivery services out there!

The food was delivered on time and was nicely seasoned and tasty. Would order again!

Small portions in pouches like dog food. All mush together, pretty bland flavours, overpriced and small portions.

I was approached by a lovely Colleague in Cheapside, Adeola from Foodhak, and she sold the company to me in every sense, I appreciated her time and enthusiasm and won’t look back on choosing Foodhak

I'm nearly at the end of week 1 of the 4 week weight loss programme and I've really enjoyed it! Every meal has been really, really delicious. Full of flavour. Yes portions are on the small side; but it is a weight loss programme (and I haven't felt starving). I feel great and can genuinely feel like this being a lifestyle change for me. Don't understand the bad reviews; sorry, I'm sold!

Foodhak is awesome! The Seeded Omega and Millet Crackers are delicious and perfect for a healthy snack. They taste amazing and are great for anyone looking to eat healthier. Highly recommend!

Food is nice, price is excellent!!! Very healthy!!!

Stingy-sized portions and some dishes were extremely watery, such as the Katsu curry, Ayurvedic Rasam and Red Thai Curry. I assume this is so they can save money on ingredients. Some dishes tasted quite nice, but a lot of the vegan dishes lacked a good source of protein. Make sure you order rice separately as that is not included with most dishes that require rice.

Foodhak meals are incredibly convenient for my busy lifestyle. It's such a relief to have healthy, ready-made meals that actually taste good.

Delivery was three days late. Courier stayed at the door 5 minutes to complain to us that he has wasted 30 minutes looking for us because the address was printed wrong. Disappointing if half of your value proposition is convenience. EDIT: was so annoyed with the delivery that I forgot to add that the food was watery at best. Felt like they made it that way to add weight.
