Tillsammans kan vi på Fonus då skapa trygghet eftersom vi finns med lokalt på båda orterna. Vi erbjuder möten fysiskt på plats, via video eller via telefon. Ibland kan det vara svårt för alla i familjen att närvara när en begravning ska planeras. Då kan vi erbjuda ett kundmöte på vår begravningsbyrå för de som kan, och övriga familjemedlemmar är med via video. Det gör att alla kan inkluderas i valen även om man fysiskt inte kan vara med på plats. Tillsammans skapar vi en bild av vem den avlidna var och med stor kunskap och erfarenhet skräddarsyr vi begravningen.

When you need to turn over the saddest page in your life, it's important to do everything consciencely.
I've ordered here a tombstone and everything was fine... I faced zero troubles and should mention that experts from this company consciencely approach the process of interacting with the customer and they always feel sorry for that loss.
So, I would say that they are really professionals.

Jag har besvarat mitt omdöme ovan.
As soon as the fee was paid, and it had to be paid in full up front. There was " radio silence" from Fonus. I still don't know where my mother is? Has she ben taken to the crematorium? Where are her ashes? Who has them? What happens next?
