I bought a phone on a Friday morning. Not only was it the best price I could find anywhere in the world for the phone but it arrived on the Tuesday. They said it could take up to 5 working days to arrive so they beat that.

Very impressive and I highly recommend them!

I was not sure if I should buy from this company as I have had trouble with getting goods or money back from one in Hong Kong which took weeks.

Somebody in Dubai is working very hard to provide a very good service and they are succeeding, however, what was not clear on purchase was the fact these handsets are shipped from Dubai and in my case, the phone came pre-configured in French with a euro adapter, an adapter was included with a single and very short USB 2.0 lead. Not really a complaint as such, but it would have been fairer to inform me of these things prior to the purchase, otherwise, the service from Fonis has been excellent, start to finish.

I give them 3 stars mainly because of the delivery. They say it's next day but that isn't true. Customer service was good. However, the only thing that will keep me from purchasing from them in the future is the fact that they use Aramex to deliver the packages. When they change into a better courier service I will do business with them again. But as of now I am holding off because of this.

I was a bit worried about ordering my phone but felt reassured when I could pay with paypal.
Ordered my phone and it arrived in about 4 days with no extra charges, phone was brand new and worked great, I can recommend fonis if you want to pay less for your mobile.

Really good service, item was out of stock, was offered an alternative (dual sim version). Item arrived in 48 hours shipping from UAE!

Was looking for an HTC one mini 2 online and came across Fonis who were selling it unlocked at 120 quid less than carphone warehouse, and 50 less than giffgaff who provide my SIM.. Took the plunge and ordered late evening Saturday. The phone arrived well packaged on Tuesday afternoon -amazingly quick as shipped from the UAE. All as described, brand new and sealed. They provided a plug adaptor as the European 2 pin power adaptor is the only difference to buyiung here. Works fine on giffgaff so far. Recommend fonis and will deffo use them again.

being a Doctor I was rather apprehensive about using the Fonis site, as I had never heard of it before: but I was so pleased with the excellent customer service:
I ordered my S6 on a Thursday and it arrived 4 days later: I was emailed every day to keep me informed of the progress from despatch to arrival:
alright the 'phones are from China, but this is no detrement, as it was just like the same 'phone that you would purchase in your own country:
included was a UK plug adapter: I travel quite a lot, so the European lead and plug will prove most helpful:

Do use this site for your electronics, they are by far cheaper than you would obtain them in your local mobile 'phone shop!

My Samsung S5 was more than £50 cheaper than UK high street retailers could offer and shipped on time. Used an app to check it wasnt counterfeit and it's the real deal!

Was a bit wary but thought I’d give it a go. I used paypal with my credit card. Ordered Saturday turned up the Tuesday. Excellent phone with UK plug in the box coming from the UAE. Would buy again from these Guys if the price is right.

At first I was hesitant as the phone I wanted (HTC One M9) was more than £50 cheaper on this website.

I read the reviews, checked out there website and thought OK I would give it a go. I paid on my credit card just in case, but there really was nothing to worry about.

The phone was dispatched in a day and I received it 3 days later. The phone was brand new in a packaged box as if I bought it directly from HTC. They even included a travel adapter as the charger had a two pin plug - although this is not an issue, I thought it was a really nice touch! I had updates at each stage of the phones delivery.

I love my phone and haven't had any problems with it!

Excellent service. Items received as described. Delivery was quick as advertised. Will recommend anyone.
