Not to be trusted!!! I bought an iPhone from them that has broken within the guaranty period. I've sent multiple emails and have received no response. AVOID

I try to contact customer support for a warranty case on a Iphone14. I´ve sent several eMails since 6 weeks without any response. Ive used the sercice MAil and the contact page on the homepage. No response. Seems to be dead.....

Do not buy from this company! I returned a pair of faulty Airpods and have tried to contact them many times by email but no reply. There is no phone number to contact them on so VERY suspicious.

The phone internet connection is not really working and the charger is also not really working

I ordered AirPods (Refurbished) but the case doesn’t work. I can’t charge the case which also means that I can’t connect the AirPods with my phone. I sent several emails to Fonevent (there is no phone number) but the reply took long and I still haven’t received the label for sending the AirPods back.

I think their products are genuine and good quality. The iphone 14 pro max , i bought is of good quality.

The only challenge i observed is the long Delivery time. i had to wait 4 days to receive my product. The company has to improve on that.

I was a little dubious about ordering from this company. There aren’t that many reviews; some reviewers are delighted, some are disgruntled. However, to save about €60 in comparison to the more often used and typically trusted websites, I decided to take a chance on Fonevent. My iPhone 14pro arrived today (so still early days, I’ll update if my impression changes), only two days after ordering it. The phone was well stored and protected in the package. 95% battery health and not a single scratch on any part of the device! (I ordered “hervorragend” quality). So far, everything seems to be working great. I am a very happy customer and would totally recommend this company! 5*
