Fantastic service/product. Ordered Galaxy Watch ball bearings/spring/gasket and got exactly that. I'm in Midwest America, ordered 6/2/21, received 6/24/21 so shipping was good (considering international + Covid). The only "complaint" I have is that the only updates I got were from PayPal saying that I sent money but no updates from the company on when the order was received/packed/shipped. however, everything was correct and on-time so it's not really a huge deal.

Ordered a phone for my brother costing me £600 and it was not left by DPD in the the correct place. As a result it was stolen from the doorstep where it was wrongly left, however the company who sold the phone have to open and enquiry with DPD for them to be able to help and they are refusing to do so! If you want your belongings I’d suggest avoiding this company, DISGUSTING customer service

I ordered what I thought was a Samsung notebook, and on recietpt found I had ordered a case and keyboard, so I opened this and immediately closed it back up and requested return information.
I returned this item, and after 2 weeks had not been refunded. when I enquired I was told that I would not be getting a refund, as this was not the item that was sent to me. I explained that it was, and received very direct and unhelpful feedback. Luckily I had ordered this from Amazon, who have a fantastic Customer service department and reacted very quickly and refunded me the £92. It was quite obvious that the error had been at the pick & Pack end of their operation, but instead of discussing and looking at this possibility, they were determined not to refund. I will never buy another product from this company and if you do order something and want to return it, my advice is to photograph the item before you return it

Received the gearfit2 rear panel - I had to order it as the original cover charger connect copper tops had badly corroded - a design defect in this wearable, and the one purchased from fonejoy fitted perfectly and is now working fine. As a precaution, I've covered the charging terminals on the back with a bit of cello tape so my sweat doesn't corrode them as on the original.
