If I could give zero stars, I would.
This company is just a scam. They took my phone and they did not send me any payment for it, they have not responded to any messages I have sent them to rectify this matter. The postage is tracked and shows that they have received it and signed for it. They still owe me £100.

Payments not made and no communication from the company

Sent my phone to them using Royal Mail so that the service was tracked. They received my phone on the 12th of December and now on the 19th of December I have received no communication from them and no payment for my device.
Steer well clear from this company, I should have read the reviews first because this seems to happen quite often with this company.

Quick and easy process

Quick and easy process, no need to wait for a return label in the post though one was available if you had no packaging. Price was fair for the condition and model of the phone.

Smooth sailing

A very simple and easy to use process, payment options were easy and communication was great throughout the process, honest valuations for products.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, simple and reasonable way to sell your products!

Your getting a one star because I sent…

Your getting a one star because I sent my phone to you on the 1/11/21 and you received it on the 2/11/21 unfortunately you decided to keep my phone saying it hadn’t arrived even though you signed for it. Having done this you haven’t paid me for my phone which reading other reviews you do this a lot. How you sleep at night is beyond me you are ripping hard working people off of their property. If you would like to send me my cheque for £260 as agreed I would be very grateful but as you haven’t replied to any of my emails and your phone no is non existent so I won’t hold my breath at getting any payment or a reply

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PHONE

Wish I could give 0 stars and report to the police
This company essentially steals phones - you send them the device, they then completely ignore you and give you no further correspondence.
Just don't ever trust them.

Scambucks

Dubious company. Sent back my old phone and never received my money.

Several emails later, no response.

Their phone number doesn't even work.

Avoid at all costs. If the company wish to reply to this email and rectify this problem I'm happy to change this review. Have got my order number at the ready...

Very poor service and lack of communication

Would not recommend. Offered £18 for my old phone, which was in good working condition, although never received my payment after sending it in.

Despite numerous emails over a 4 week period, no one replied to me. Furthermore, the contact number on their website doesn't work.

Disappointed and feel like I have been scammed.

Never gave me the offer for the phone…poor

Never gave me the offer for the phone they said and tried to offer me only £20 for it. Then after lots of email to them they then lost my phone and said postage is nothing to do with them. Still not got my phone or money for it plus they have just ignored my last email. Don’t use them.

What does your reply have to do with losing the phone ? You are more than welcome to add all email to this and let’s see who was right or wrong.
Plus when a site ask you if your phone works broken or new what do you pick if it works ? You pick working not my fault the site you use does not ask about condition

We have tried our best to explain you the difference but you were not willing to understand despite sending you more than 15 emails. Then you wanted your phone back without paying the returning fee and we agreed to it and send you the phone back. All we can say; PLEASE BE HONEST WHEN YOU ARE SELLING YOUR PHONE!

Don’t sell your mobile to them!

Really poor service, offered me more than other providers but then claimed the device had lots of ‘deep’ indentations when it didn’t. It had general wear and tear and had been kept in a case since day 1. The offer reduced dramatically and I couldn’t get my phone back unless I paid £10.
