Not impressed. They seem disorganised and unethical - I was told conflicting info when I put in an offer on a house. Perhaps they are great for getting the best selling price but this really made me nervous about them.
Selling a house is stressful, however the team at Follwells were absolutely brilliant! They made the process easy and seemless right from the start. They were very supportive and kept me updated every step of the way. My house had been on the market the previous year with no luck so I decided to change to Follwells. They sold it within a few weeks at a higher price than the previous agent had proposed. I am grateful for all their hard work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.
Very bad experience as a first time buyer. Provided me with a written offer on a house and then withdrew it when I could not get a survey arranged the same day. Went with a cash buyer instead to ensure they got their cut. Totally unethical and unscrupulous. If they had given me more notice, I’d have had time to sort something out. Made out the previous week that all things were going ahead smoothly. Totally gutted! I have complained to the Property Redress Scheme.
