I ordered a hoodie but it was way too large. They told me I could return it for an exchange. I followed their instructions, paid to return it, tracking verified they received the return and then nothing. No acknowledgment, no anything. I have sent so many emails and none have been answered. I can’t find a phone number to call them. Awful, terrible customer service and I am out $100. Didn’t even have a chance to try the product, but nothing is worth this.

Quick order fulfillment, super warm and comfy hoodie! Reversable! And dry-able in low heat. Huge difference with other Alpaca brands require air drying.

You charged my credit card but never sent me an email confirmation (not in my spam). Also,I would like to change the color of my order if possible.

I had ordered before checking ratings and then when they told me it would take longer than expected to get the item I was nervous about when it would be delivered. I received the item in less than two weeks and am satisfied with the transaction. They did well.

I placed an order. I received an on-line message box saying the shipping was free. I completed the order but was charged shipping.

I still have not received my exchange, very disappointing

It's taken DAYS. YOU HAVE JUST MADE THE SHIPPING LABEL AND IT'S NOT EVEN AT UPS. DO BETTER. SCAM. I just wanted to give my girlfriend a gift and it's just been a horrible experience.

My experience was made great because follow your legend ships our purchases out in a timely manner and they keep me posted as to any delays or any information I need to know in a timely manner. I myself have always had a positive experience from them so far.

I’ve only ever had two minor problems from them so far in the past year and that was because they were experiencing a higher than expected volume of orders last Christmas and so my order was not going to be delivered on time, and that I’ll be kept posted as to when my order will be shipped out. (great, understandable)
The other issue I ended up having was paying for a quarterly subscription to their magazine for the past six months and I only received one of their quarterly magazine subscriptions, when I notified them about the issue through email they got back to me right away. They had asked me if I wanted to keep continuing with the subscription or if I wanted to cancel it, I sadly had to cancel it due to financial reasons at the time and they refunded me on my order and everything was resolved and I had no issues since.

Subscribed without reason and they billed me for nothing.

Easy to order. Arrived quickly.

Washed and dried it the day it arrived. Wore it the next. Received a number of compliments and request for product info. Extremely cozy!

Appears to be very well made. It’s reversible!

Time will tell as to how it holds up.
