A non transparent and dishonest company
This company is pumping out false adverticing about their products, claiming the use of warm and soft alpaca wool. They even compare it with cashmere wool...
When recieving the hoodie, it only shows to contain 20% wool on the inside layer of the double layer fabric. All in all It's barely 10% alpaca wool.
The rest is 40% polyamide, some tencel and cotton - nothing they show in their ads on social media.
This is just false marketing at a very high price, fooling the customers with highlightening the use of pure alpaca wool.
I will go far until I get my money back. That is just principle to me.

I placed an order on July 12th for a shirt and caps, and after more than 40 days, my package is still “in transit.” Tracking shows it stuck at customs, yet the company keeps repeating the same response: “There is nothing we can do.”
When I requested a refund, they told me to refuse delivery and send the package back. This advice is meaningless, because the main issue is that the order has never been delivered in the first place. Effectively, they are refusing to take responsibility.
As a consumer, it is important to know that according to international consumer protection principles (such as the right to timely delivery, the right to receive goods as described, and the right to a refund when goods are not delivered), the company is legally obligated to either deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe or issue a full refund. Passing the responsibility onto the customer is unacceptable and misleading.
I will be filing an official complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities and payment provider to recover my money. No customer should have to go through this frustrating experience.
This is not just poor service – it is disgraceful business practice.
Nothing Special; Lacking customer service
I ordered two of these for my wife and daughter thinking they would be cute. The product is a basic plush toy. I received an additional 2 a few days later. Trying to do the right thing, I sent an email telling them about it and said if they sent me a label, I would return. Their replay was asking me to confirm I received the same items twice. I told them yes... AGAIN. And then, the next email was wanting me to take a picture of the duplicate items... I mean come on! I was trying to return something that you obviously sent in error, but you wanted to be a pain about it. They finally sent a message saying to keep the additional order. I'm not sure exactly who these people are, but it's apparent they are not customer friendly.

It took over a month to be delivered and when it finally arrived I was charged an additional $68.00 customs fee. So basically I paid in total $240.00 CDN for one pair of shorts and a hoodie. Buyer beware!

I ordered two plushies, no confirmation email was sent. I contacted them after a while about this, but they refused to re-send it. In the end, my purchases were never sent at all. After a month of them giving various excuses with a tracking link that doesn't work, I opened a dispute and won. Do NOT waste your money on this scam.
Shipping guarantee is bullshit
I ordered the product and it said 5 day shipping. I even paid extra for the shipping guarantee. It showed up 9 days after I ordered it and the person it was going to, my wife had already left the location where she was supposed to receive it. When I emailed them I got back a plethora of excuses including it said 5 to 10 days shipping, which was nowhere to be seen. And the excuse of it takes time to process. Basically it ruined the surprise and they charged me extra to do it.

I’m writing this to warn others about FollowYourLegend, a company that engages in misleading marketing and bait-and-switch tactics. Their site mimics the look, feel, and branding of Snuggle Pals, a well-known company that sells high-quality, weighted stuffed animals and supports animal-related charitable causes.
Here’s what happened to me:
• While searching online, I believed I was purchasing from Snuggle Pals. The site I landed on — FollowYourLegend — had a similar name, nearly identical styling, and emotionally driven language about protecting animals. I was tricked into thinking it was the same company.
• What I received was a low-quality stuffed animal that wasn’t weighted at all — a total departure from what Snuggle Pals offers. It felt cheap, poorly made, and nothing like the product I thought I was ordering.
• When I contacted FollowYourLegend for a return or exchange, they told me that because my item was “on sale” (a fact I wasn’t clearly made aware of at purchase), it was not eligible for a return or refund.
• Their customer service was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. No accountability. No solution. No concern for the deceptive experience they created.
After doing more research, I found:
• They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and over 50 complaints, many of which received no response at all.
• This seems to be a pattern — not a one-off. They operate by tricking consumers, delivering inferior products, and then hiding behind fine print.
Bottom Line:
FollowYourLegend is a scam masquerading as a heartfelt brand. Their goal is to lure you in with borrowed trust and visuals, ship you garbage, and then shut the door on your complaints.

• Avoid this company entirely.

Don’t let them keep doing this to unsuspecting customers.

I ordered two plushies for my kids. They took about a month to arrive and when they did, one of them was wet. The two cardboard boxes that come with them were destroyed. I emailed the company expressing my frustration and they apologised and said them would send out replacements. They said they will email me when the order is sent.Three weeks later and no email, because the order hasn't been sent and I doubt it will be !
Even when I they sent the original order, it took forever. When I emailed them asking why it was taking so long, I got an email back saying it was in transit, yet when I tracked the parcel, it was (and had been for the previous week) sitting in New Jersey. Yet somehow they considered this "in transit"!
