The site is easy to navigate and a nice variety of slots and promotions. I enjoyed playing, but the withdrawal process took longer than I expected. Customer service was triendly, just not very fast.
I took advantage of their 100% deposit bonus, deposited 100kr, won 7000NOK (700 Euros) and requested a withdrawal after meeting their wagering requirements. I have previously verified my account but they requested all sorts of documents from my bank, which was clearly not necessary. After A LOT of mails they finally accepted my documents but then they closed my account preventing me from logging in. Customer support refused to tell me why but promised me an explanation by mail three days ago. I have not heard anything and have lost 7000NOK (700 Euros).
