Emailed as order hadn't been processed, according to their website. Revived an email, explaining that this was due to weather conditions being unsuitable for shipping. Plants arrived 4 days later! I have ordered from several small sellers and well known websites and these are the healthiest plants I recieved. Bigger than expected, fantastic roots and in excellent condition. Great prices and great quality, I'll definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

First time buyer. Ordered 6 plants and worm castings. The packaging is the best of any online ordering. Very secure and no chance of getting damaged with the courier. All 6 plants are really healthy and throwing out new leaves. No sign of any pests or damage from them. The best pricing I've seen of plants and shipping. I will definitely be buying from here again.

I never write reviews, but these guys stunned me with their above-and-beyond dedication, speed and customer service.
Firstly - about the plants: plants are healthy, large and beautiful, and they come in sizes as described on the shop, and similar to the pictures, which is not always the case with plant shops.
I made two orders in a short span of time, one order arrived with four perfect, beautiful plants, looking better than online.
The second order was very delayed (courier's fault, something with a 'sorting error') and arrived re-packed by the delivery company, with obvious damage to the box and - unfortunately- the plants that I have ordered. So much so, that I wanted to cry because some of my wishlist plants were in this box!
The speed with which the customer's service reacted was quite shocking, I received a reply to my complaint within max. 5 minutes of sending it. Not only that - I was offered options and various solutions to choose from and the replacements for all the damaged plants were shipped to me the next day, and this time arrived in perfect condition.
I do not know many online shops (and I shop almost exclusively online) which put as much effort into customer service - they are warm, accommodating and very, very helpful. I was prepared for days of no reply, or arguing about the refund/ exchange policy, and instead they have made my day with their kindness. A shop to watch and learn from. I will definitely buy my plants only from them. Thank you!

It's all fun and games, until you receive your plant order with Aphids AND a caterpillar on my Begonia. The aphids spread all over my plant collection, and it has taken me a lot of effort to get rid of them. If you order anything from them, be sure to isolate your plants from the newly-arrived ones.

The prices and selection of plants is amazing! Point deducted was mainly due to a lot of plants not arriving in the right condition (due to the cold and long delivery times from Hermes sometimes lasting over 5 days), the packaging could be more protective specially in winter times. Positive was also the fast response and support when the plants didn't arrive in good condition, I quickly received a reply and refund when requested, which is a must have!

A lot of various beautiful plantes on this website. The packaging is always sturdy and very ingenious. And, a rare gem nowadays, a very dedicated and professional customer service. I do recommend this shop!

Mixed up my order, plants arrived in bad shape and quite overpriced, the only good thing was the quick dispute resolution from the customer support. do not recommend.

I order most of my plants online, because the garden centers here only have the basic plants and I love Alocasias. I placed my first order and unfortunately the carrier had some delays and after 5 days the plants arrived practically dead. The shipping box was perfect through, the plants packaged perfectly and of good size. I contacted foliage factory and they solved my issue the very same day. I am very thankful for such superb fast support and will definitely be ordering again.
