Bad plants, service & communication
Most plants arrived in bad shape - mold, rot, bugs & pests. No reply for days, so I repotted them to stop the spread. Refund only possible if returned in “original soil & pot” and arriving in “acceptable” condition, which was impossible.
They flagged my previous long detailed review 4 times. I had to submit evidence and fight AGAIN and AGAIN just to share my bad experience. Hopefully this one stays up long enough to help other buyers.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts again. We won’t try to stop you from posting this, even after Trustpilot confirmed your original claims were unsupported. So please, keep the plants, the refund, the return label, and now the review.
For transparency, here is Trustpilot’s own statement when they removed your previous review:
“This review report underwent a special procedure to verify whether it potentially contains factually incorrect statements – which we refer to as a ‘false representation of the facts.’ This procedure requires the reviewer to provide documentation supporting their account of the events. In this case, the reviewer was unable to provide any documents to support the claims made in their review. Therefore, and in accordance with our policies, the review will be taken offline.”
The facts:
- We replied within 3 days.
- We sent you a return label and asked for the plants to be returned as received, not in the “acceptable” condition you keep mentioning.
- Instead of returning them, you chose to keep both the plants and the refund.
We sincerely hope the plants and the money you kept bring you happiness, and that posting this review gives you closure. We’ll continue focusing on integrity and fairness for all our customers.

I'm going to be honest, I wasn't expecting much, BUT I was so wrong! Absolutely wonderful plants, much bigger than I ever expected. Very fast delivery, very well-packed plants. I am just very happy with my order, and I'm planning to get more plants for sure. Just going to say, thank you so much!

Great plant company to buy from
One of my favourite place to buy plants from. The selection is nice, the plants are beautiful and healthy and the shipping is fast. I had a mishap with DPD losing my order and they responded very fast and fixed the problem right away. Definitely recommend!

Quick delivery and healthy plants!
The delivery was quick and most plants come in strong and healthy. The one that was less, was resolved quickly with the Foliage Factory team. Strong customer service and absolutely lovely plants. I am very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Foliage Factory.

Only during transportation some of the soil had spilled, but that is normal. Hoya coriacea silver was a much larger plant than advertised on the website. I am simply fascinated ❤️❤️❤️

The spider plant arrived in terrible condition (I didn't leave the package waiting), it is going to die soon.
Update: I changed my review to one star (from two) because the Foliage Factory does not appreciate honest reviews and their customer service will haunt you down multiple times to make sure you know it.

If there was an issue with the plant, we would have gladly worked with you to resolve it quickly. Fantastic service
This was my first time ordering and I had a fantastic experience! I ordered a range of plants, in different sizes, everything came packed extremely securely, even the box itself was stapled shut! There was a heat pack inside to keep plants warm. I had an issue with one of the bulbs I ordered (which wasn't visible through the packaging there was no way to know) and customer service responded extremely quickly and provided me with a replacement. I would definitely order from here again :)

Would recommend 💯
Got the plants shipped to Denmark and they were well-packaged and in acceptable condition upon arrival.
I did loose some leaves to the change in humidity/environment but the plants seem healthy.
The price for the pants were great and now I get to watch these babies grow into adults which is always the best part for me.
