Great customer care
When I was notified by a courier that a delivery had arrived but yet I hadn't personally received it, I mailed Foley's and Eoin (from Foley's) got in touch with the courier and co-ordinated with them to get in touch with me to confirm (turns out they'd accidentally left in at the wrong apartment) Eoin was exceptionally attentive and kept me informed throughout while he figured out what had happened and how to fix it. I couldn't really ask for more in terms of customer care. Not the first time I've ordered from these guys and certainly not the last.

I want to say that this is the best company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is amazing. My humidifier broke down after over a month and not only I got an answer after an hour of sending my email but also I got a new humidifier the next day. I really appreciate that. Thank you!
