If I could give TEN stars I would! I cannot remember the last time I received such fantastic service from any company in any industry!
On Friday I placed an order for 6 lipsticks that are now unavailable everywhere (those who have the ONLY lipstick they like discontinued will understand 😂). I placed my order and literally only SIX minutes later I received a phone call from a friendly staff member that unfortunately only 4 were in stock, so I’d be refunded for 2.
PayPal refund came through 1 minute later, and a completed order/shipping email a further 12 minutes or so later. Talk about LIGHTNING speed service!
It is now only Tuesday and my parcel has already arrived in the UK from ROI, and in great condition/packed very well.
Thank you for such great service and being such a trustworthy company.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!
