We ordered the bed on a Friday and it was delivered to the house on a Wednesday morning.
The bed was easy to install the wheels and the headboard,it looks great and comfortable.
We are happy with our purchase,and would order from the company again.

Bed is nice so far but rolling wheels are not strong enough for this bed, 2 wheels got already broken after just 1 month of using it. But company was very nice by sending me replacement. After all bed is worth what you pay for it. Good quality.

I bought two Jaybe folding beds to have one for when my mother visits and one for me if I'm restless so my better half doesn't murder me. I was super impressed by the ease of set up and more importantly I had very little issue when I first used it. Most times when I sleep on a different bed, I have a horrible time. These beds I was able to settle in relatively quickly and I slept all night. A concern was if the bed might creak as I moved on it. After three times using it, I haven't heard a sound. All in all I'm super impressed and for the price they cost I'm amazed at how well they performed. Very happy with purchasing these and I'm going to recommend Jaybe folding beds to my friends and relatives now for temporary bed or guest bed solutions.

Quick email responses from Eugene allowed me to get the information I needed to order and pickup a folding bed in about an hour. The bed was very easy to setup so I could make use of it that night. I really appreciate the help Eugene.

I purchased the Jaybe Revolution Rollaway Bed with Airflow Fibre Mattress, 30". The bed is quite comfortable and takes up very little space when folded. Recommend it for anyone that needs a temporary/guest/camping bed.

Professional fast service. The bed is beautiful and light. Quite springy because of the suspended mattress base. Perfect level of comfort to accommodate your guests, but not keep them too long.

The bed is wonderful. A guest slept on it last weekend and said it was very comfortable. The delivery was prompt. The delivery man was efficient and polite.

Fast and easy transaction + delivery. There should have been a mention on the item's website that its wheels don't lock, the bed rolls away... other than that everything as described.

We purchased two folding beds and are extremely happy with the purchase. The beds were simple to set up (only had to attach headboard and wheels). They are very easy to open and close and are compact for storage. They will be perfect for occasional guest use. We really liked that we were able to track progress of delivery and the beds arrived well within the promised timeframe. Tip: check your email junk file if you think you didn’t receive the tracking email. After sales service was excellent. We were missing one closing clamp. I sent an email to the company and they sent the clamp within days. Would highly recommend this company.

The folding bed is fine, just as expected.

But there was ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER-ORDERING SERVICE.

The order acknowledgement said there would be an email with tracking info when the item shipped. But there wasn’t. Shipping estimate was 3 to 10 days. After four days with no shipping notice I began to think foldingbeds.ca was an elaborate fraud, and went looking for evidence one way or the other.

Strangely all the Trustpilot reviews are great, but when I got to the Google ones I started to find lots of people complaining about no shipping notice or invalid shipping info.

My bed did show up, but with no notice. I got a call from the driver saying he was out front of my building. I live in a condo where I need to book the freight elevator in advance. Panic, scramble, angry words.

Not providing the shipping notice or any advance notice of delivery is not an acceptable way of doing business.

There is no phone number, anywhere. My email about communication issues was never answered.

The bed arrived really quickly and appears to be good quality. It will make an excellent occasional bed for guests as the mattress is comfortable.

Living in a small town, the bed could not be shipped free of charge and I paid for the bed before the company made me aware of this. Better communication would have helped before purchasing the product. There is no phone to call, only email.

although the bed was comfortable enough,we do not like the methop in wich it folds up!Kwe wanted a bed that folded with the mattress on it instead of having to take the mattress off,fit it in on the other side then fold it!lots of work for nothing!

Extremely fast delivery (I live in Ottawa).
I'm pretty sure they sent repackaged beds, one had a small blood stain on the side. But it's ok considering how hard it is to find beds in stock these days.
