No visibility on my order

I ordered a TV on the 22nd of November via Bol.com and it was supposed to arrive on the 6th of December. Not only did it never arrive, but I also couldn’t get any reliable information about the order status. I tried calling multiple times and kept getting redirected to different operators, none of whom had any clue about what was going on.
This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I definitely do not recommend this seller.

I think this company is fake :(

I wish that I saw these bad reviews before ordering my drier via Fodor (bol.com). I have the same issue as the other customers who also made a review. Post NL knows nothing about my order, Fodor says they gave it to post nl. I am going to file an official complaint about this business, not just here on Trustpilot. Is it even a real company? I guess I will find out if/when I ever get the item that they sold me. Really sad. For me, I should have just ordered via Cool blue who at least arent liars.
