As a Salesforce Consultant, I purchased the Admin and Salescloud course and exams so I can learn more content about Salesforce products.

We can have screenshoot, references to documentation so it's easier to learn.

The practice tests covered tons of useful information, but almost none of it was used in the actual admin test. The admin test did have some big concept questions about how permissions sets, profiles, roles work. Certain object access, report questions, etc. But half of the questions on the admin test I was unsure of even after taking the practice test MANY times and feeling comfortable with that data.

Focus on Force has been invaluable in my Salesforce certification journey. Their courses are well put together and easy to follow. The practice exams are fantastic to summarise your knowledge before, during and after completing the full course. They really do help you prepare for your exam. I wouldn't work towards any further certifications without using FoF alongside Trailhead. Keep up the good work!

It was very good collection of questions and near to actual exam. It is very good resource to test your preparation for your exam and feel confident.

If you’re in the US, anything you buy from them will incur a foreign transaction fee if you don’t use a credit card that waives the fee, but they give no disclaimer about it. I gave them three stars because a trustworthy company wouldn’t hide that fact or put it in small print. It would be clearly stated so the customer has an opportunity to change the credit card they use to avoid the fee. When I contacted them about it to enquire where a disclaimer is so that customers can make informed decisions, all they did is blame the bank. No sorry, no “here is the disclaimer”, nothing.

Questions were great but site was unreliable. Spent more time locked out than able to use it, and when it did work was extremely laggy

I have used the "Focus on Force" website to study for several Salesforce certifications, and honestly, I can't imagine using any other study materials. The platform offers up-to-date content that reflects the latest trends and changes in the Salesforce ecosystem, which has allowed me to stay current and well-prepared for the exams.

One of the most outstanding features of "Focus on Force" is its convenient and structured study format. The materials are well-organized, making it easy to track progress and understand complex concepts. The quizzes and practice exams are particularly useful, providing a realistic simulation of the exam format and types of questions.

However, there is one small area for improvement that I have identified: the ability to print the study materials. It would be ideal to have physical copies of the content for review without the need for a screen. Nonetheless, I understand that given the interactive format and digital nature of the content, this might be a challenging option to implement.

In summary, "Focus on Force" is an indispensable tool for anyone preparing for Salesforce certifications. Its up-to-date content and efficient study method make it one of the best options available in the market.

So many practice tests. Loved the review practice test. Worded similar style to exam.

Just started reviewing the Study Guide which is really good. However, expriencing a little challenges with correctly accessing the 'Study Guide' and not the 'Course Overview'

I passed all 3 certifications in 1st attempt using focus on force. I loved the Admin study videos that showed how to do the exact steps while explaining the concepts. This aspect was missing in the sales and service content since it was only presentation and no accompanying videos. It will be good if you can include videos for Sales and Service as well.

The Practice Exams were very helpful and I liked reviewing the logic/explanation provided with every question. The practice exams helped me clear the main exam.
