Having previously always negotiated our electricity contracts ourselves, this year we decided to look at using Focus Assured to help us secure the best deal possible. As members of the Craft Bakers Association, Focus Assured are Industry Supporters and had previously contacted us to see if they could help. Although we weren't ready at the time, they kept in touch (not over bearing or pushy) so that we understood what was happening in the market place and when the time was right, to start looking at our contracts. Fiona, our Focus Assured Business Development Manager, made the whole process super easy and obtained several quotes and packages for us to look at.
