We had a few issues getting our keys for our new property, however, the team did a great job unloading everything in such a short time. I have moved a lot in the past and this company was the best by far! The team should be proud.

Firstly, the surveyor and removal men were lovely and very friendly.
But then when it comes to staff in the branch office they were rude and telling me that our things had not been packed into a container after 3-4weeks of been at your branch because you had issues getting a container to pack our things into due to Brexit. Which is absolutely disgusting and lies.
Then after chasing numberous times to not be told anything then to be given wrong dates etc again is wrong and disrepectful to myself.
You have now had our belongings for 7weeks, which is the end of your time scale and we are still waiting for delivery. To then find that a friends items that got collected 5days after ours have already been delivered and we are still waiting.
All of our babies items are packed in our belongings and have now had to go out and purchase more, leaving us out of pocket, due to originally been advised that our belongings would be here the week we arrived to then be told that it won’t be until 3weeks after this.
I am seriously unhappy with how we have been treated and the lack of contact from yourselves. We have had no contact from your company at all, my wife has had to chase constantly for information to then be giving lies and wrong information by your staff.
This is just wrong and unacceptable.

This was my second time moving my family in the course of my of my job it was last min but eurogroup were very helpful in sorting things out. I would say it ran smoothly.
Not too bad but the staff was really pushy to get things done and sometime didn't listen to what we wanted such as we wanted to bin something but they packed it or as it seems that one of boxes that we wanted has gone to storage. The mess they leave behind was a lot and all over the street which we had to tidy and the fact that when they used the toilet they messed around the seat etc and didn't bother cleaning up after themselves so all in all it was ok.

I would have given Eurogroup a 5 star rating as the staff I delt with were brlliant, efficient, helpful and made the whole removals experience very pleasant. The lower 3 star rating comes from the length of time it has teken for my things to arrive I parted with my posessions on 9th October and was told only last week they only left the UK on 8th November. They are now en route and estimated docking into Cyprus is 27th .. 7 weeks since they left me. I then have to wait 4 working days for delivery to my home address putting delivery date at approximately 3rd december tbc. It will be 8 weeks since it left us.. I was told 5 weeks but a maximum of 7. Its a long time to wait when you have two very young children we have been on island for 4 weeks now and potentially still have another 2 week wait. we couldnt arrange for the removals to leave the uk any earlier as this was a very short notice posting with just 8 weeks to arrange. We were happy not to have things UK side but flew out 2 weeks after our things were collected. We estimated we would be without out things cyprus side for a couple or three weeks but 6 weeks overseas with two young kids and no posessions is too long.
