They are scamming

They are scamming. There was no delivery attempted. There was no calls from delivery partner nor picked the phone when called. The customer support is even worst, there was no resolution provided even after contacting 4-5 times within 48 hours . They are also asking extra money to redeliver when there was no delivery attempted in the first place. Customer support is rude and unprosessional.

Products will not be as advertised and the support would be pathetic

Ordered bday gifts (cake and a plant) for my family through their website and was totally disgusted by what was delivered. The cake was a pathetic version of the image in their website and the plant that was delivered died within 10 days. When I contacted the customer service, they declined to help stating 48 hrs is the time limit. Better ordering off Amazon or a more trusted website. Stay off this website.

They are worst

They are worst! Scammers and cheaters. Basically theives. First I ordered a boquet of flowers and paid extra to get it delivered at a certain time that never happened. I had to file complaint not once but 4 times asking for refund. They never refund and chose to deliver flowers which was less than half the amount I paid in pounds!!!! They are such liars and cheaters…all good compliments in their page is bought. I wish i had seen trust pilot before. You guys will get your Karma back! So bad you will remember all the cheating you did with your customers

Worst

What they show on the store is not actually available. After placing the order, they did not inform us immediately and instead put the order on hold.

After multiple chats, I was finally connected to support after nearly 4 hours, which is extremely frustrating. They forcefully changed the order and dispatched it without proper consent.

On top of that, the delivery person asked for additional payment, even though I had already made full prepayment, including delivery and convenience charges.

Why should I pay again when everything was already paid in advance? This entire experience feels misleading and unfair. Very disappointed.

Late delivery and Pathetic customer service

I ordered a Jade Plant in a gold-tone metal pot from Ferns N Petals Pune as a birthday gift for a colleague, selecting their next-day delivery option on Sunday morning for Monday delivery. What I received instead was a masterclass in poor service and complete irresponsibility.

On Monday morning, I contacted customer support for early delivery and was told they couldn’t even reach their own delivery partner. They refused to share the delivery person’s contact details and offered absolutely no workaround. Despite multiple follow-ups, my requests were ignored, accountability was nonexistent, and the responses were clearly scripted and useless.

To top it off, my complaint was closed without any resolution. This wasn’t just bad service—it was careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful to a paying customer. Ferns N Petals managed to turn a simple gift into stress and embarrassment. I will never use this service again and strongly recommend others stay away unless they enjoy wasting their hard-earned money and time.

And these worthless apologies are of no help. The overall rating of FnP shows it clearly. I wish I would have read these reviews before my order. That would have saved me from all the hassles.

Everything is wrong

Everything is wrong - Gifting times are wrong - Support on an order is pathetic - No precise answers and gifting is an emotion - let the founders know this basic aspect of their business and this emotion is all about timing and that is disappointedly lacking - 7am to 9 pm is their gifting slot and they expect people to be at home anytime to review the gift and also hide in the fact they can deliver us anytime upto 9pm - ridiculous- in a quick commerce world - Pathetic experience to say the least - just trying to keep dignity here - Very disappointing indeed . Recommend NOT to use FNP if you don’t want to disappoint your loved ones - You may even end up in a break-up situation. Be warned

Really happy with the service

Really happy with the service! I always send flowers to my friend in Mumbai for her birthday. I have used this company for 2 years in a row and they have been fantastic. This year my friend moved houses without telling me and the flowers went to her old address. The delivery driver realised she wasn’t living there anymore, phoned her and delivered the flowers to her new address with no issues.

Pay money but expect no delivery

I had ordered a cake and a gift for my friend’s birthday and chosen delivery slot 7 pm - 11 pm. I got a message at 9 pm that delivery attempted and recipient not available. I had to call my friend to check and tell her that I had sent something. She confirmed she was at home whole day and no calls or delivery attempt was made. The surprise was gone for a toss. I have to chase their team for refund as they say that they are investigating the matter. The biggest thing was that their customer team itself is not able to reach the delivery partner team. If you want to surprise anyone please don’t order on their platform. It’s gone bad.

Premium Rosy wishes with Guitarist

I booked a slot with Premium Rosy wishes with Guitarist for 10-15 min for my birthday lunch and was clearly informed by their helpline that after payment, the singer would call to confirm the song list and timing. Despite completing the payment, no one contacted me till the next day.
I repeatedly tried reaching out through their WhatsApp helpline and email. Each time I was told they would revert in 2 minutes, but there was absolutely no response. By the time lunch started and guests had already arrived, there was still no communication from their side.
Shockingly, the singer called only after the lunch was over—completely pointless and unprofessional. I asked for a refund due to their total failure to deliver the service, but there has been no response till now.
This was a special birthday occasion, and their poor coordination, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customers ruined the experience. I strongly do NOT recommend this service.
Rating: 1 star — only because zero stars is not an option.

Awful experience

Extremely Disappointed - FNP's Service Has Gone From Bad to Worse! ⭐ (1/5)

I am writing this review with deep frustration and disappointment about my recent experience with FNP - ordered for Gurgoan delivery (Ferns N Petals), which has completely tarnished their reputation in my eyes.

The Incident:

I ordered flowers and a cake for a highly respected gentleman's birthday celebration on January 15, 2026. As a gesture of thoughtfulness, I informed the birthday celebrant in advance that I would be sending a cake. I made full payment on January 12, 2026 – three days in advance – to ensure everything would be perfect for this special occasion.

What Went Wrong:

1. Failed Delivery Promise:
The delivery window for the cake was 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Flowers were delivered on time (the only thing that went right)
At 1:10 PM on January 15th, the cake was still not delivered

2. Payment Nightmare:
When I checked the status, I was shocked to see the order was "on hold due to non-payment"
This was absurd since I had made full payment on January 12th
I immediately sent them proof of payment

3. Endless Waiting & False Promises:
They kept me waiting until 2:00 PM, repeatedly saying "they are trying"
When I finally demanded a refund, only THEN did they suddenly call

4. Product Unavailability:
After all this chaos, they informed me that the cake I ordered wasn't even available
They casually suggested I order "some other cake" - as if this was acceptable service!

5. Pathetic Customer Support:
I waited on their chat for 40 minutes with a message saying "an agent will come live to help"
Nobody helped – only standard automated replies kept appearing
No human intervention, no accountability, no urgency

The Impact:

This was not just any order – it was for an honorable gentleman's birthday celebration. I had informed him in advance about the cake, which made the situation even more embarrassing when it didn't arrive. The entire celebration was affected by FNP's incompetence and lack of professionalism.

My Conclusion:

FNP is NOT the same company anymore. Their services have deteriorated from bad to worse. The combination of:
Payment system failures, Inventory mismanagement, Non-existent customer service, Broken promises, Complete lack of accountability, makes them absolutely unreliable for important occasions.

I will NEVER order from FNP again in special moments.

Delivered early

I chose this app because it promised delivery at the selected time slot, but even though I selected the 7–11 pm timing for my fiancé’s birthday surprise, the bouquet was delivered early at 5:30 pm when he was not at home and someone else had to take it, which completely ruined the surprise and left me very disappointed with the service.”
