I have completed multiple BOSIET renewals over the past 40 odd years. This was best one yet. Great attitude by instructors. Helpful and put everybody at ease.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Instructor answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about any questions that I had. My 8 hour course was great. Had multiple breaks to use restroom and or get snack or smoke. Would recommend 10/10
