Appalling Customer Service
For the time we were with this company, we had no contact whatsoever from our Account Manager until I queried the last invoice that I had been sent.
When we served notice, they removed the core proactive monitoring service and backup software
midway through the notice period without advising us therefore leaving the business open and vulnerable.
